Books Purchased Through Amazon

All ebooks and Kindle Unlimited titles are sold and delivered through Amazon. Because Amazon handles the transaction, delivery, and customer service for these purchases, we are unable to issue refunds for books bought on Amazon.

If you need a refund for an Amazon purchase, please contact Amazon Customer Service directly through your Amazon account or at amazon.com/help. Amazon has its own return and refund policy for digital content.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of ebooks and downloadable content are final. Once a digital file has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital purchases made through this website.

Defective Files

If you purchased a digital product directly from our website and received a corrupted or unreadable file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@authorsephyrra.com. We will send you a replacement file at no extra cost.

Physical Merchandise

We do not currently sell physical merchandise through this website. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
