Every book is made for you — here's what that means.
Because Claiming Red and all titles in the Author Sephyrra shop are printed on demand — made specifically for you when you place your order — all sales are final. No returns are accepted for change of mind.
But we will always make it right if something goes wrong.
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong title, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or 7 days from the expected delivery date for lost packages) at admin@authorsephyrra.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue (for damaged or wrong items)
We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Kindle & Digital Purchases
Ebook purchases made through Amazon Kindle are subject to Amazon's own refund policy. Please visit Amazon's Help Centre for assistance with digital orders.
