Refund policy

Each paperback in this store is printed on demand specifically for your order. Because nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for someone to pick it up, all sales are considered final once production has begun.

That said — I want you to be happy with what you receive. If something goes wrong on my end, I will make it right.

WHEN I REPLACE OR REFUND

I will offer a replacement copy or a full refund (your choice) if:

— Your book arrives damaged (torn pages, damaged cover, water damage in transit)
— Your book is misprinted (wrong cover, missing pages, faulty binding)
— Your order is lost in transit and the courier confirms it
— The wrong book is shipped to you

HOW TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

Email me at admin@authorsephyrra.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:

1. Your order number
2. A clear photo of the issue
3. A brief description of what went wrong

I will respond within 2 business days with next steps. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.

WHAT I CANNOT REFUND

Because books are printed to order, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:

— Change of mind after the order has gone into production
— Disliking the story, characters, or content
— Ordering the wrong book by mistake (please double-check before placing your order)
— Failure to read the content warnings before purchase

KINDLE & DIGITAL PURCHASES

Kindle ebooks are sold and managed through Amazon, not through this store. For Kindle ebook refunds, please use Amazon's standard return policy through your Amazon account within 7 days of purchase.
