All paperbacks in the Author Sephyrra shop are printed on demand by a US-based print-on-demand service. Here's what to expect after you place your order:
Production Time
Please allow 2–5 working days for your book to be printed and dispatched. This is in addition to shipping time.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- 🇺🇸 United States: 3–7 business days
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
- 🇨🇦 Canada: 5–10 business days
- 🇦🇺 Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- 🌍 Rest of World: 10–21 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 or more days, or your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please reach out at admin@authorsephyrra.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
